Speedcat is a lifestyle shoe born in 1999, based on the fireproof racing shoes worn by F1 Grand Prix drivers from the 1980s to the 1990s. With flowing aerodynamic lines inspired by racing, the design has had a strong impact on fashionistas and sneaker culture, making it one of PUMA’s iconic models. The Speedcat OG has been updated with a wide range of colors reminiscent of F1 racing teams, along with a finish that makes generous use of suede material. The toe features an embroidered “Puma Cat,” while the tongue and Formstrip are highlighted with gold logos. This season also introduces a bold leopard print variation.
