Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) for hygiene reasons

  • Customized or personalized products

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sgstaff@shoegallerymiami.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Include your order number inside the package and on the shipping label, if possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, contact us at sgstaff@shoegallerymiami.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  • Next contact your bank.
