Final Miles: The Ultimate Miami Marathon Shakeout
The streets of the 305 woke up early this past Saturday for a community takeover that was about much more than just hitting the pavement. In a massive collaboration between HOKA, The Herd, and Shoe Gallery, we hosted "Final Miles"—a pre-marathon shakeout run that transformed our Upper East Side home base into a high-energy family reunion.
A Community Movement
We didn't just host a run; we hosted a movement under the Miami skyline. With over 200+ participants showing up, it was our biggest event yet. Runners from different clubs, cities, and backgrounds gathered in one place to connect, forget about the splits, and simply support one another.
The Lifestyle Ecosystem
We transformed the shop into a full-service hub for the community, ensuring every runner felt the "Fly Human Fly" spirit:
- Customization: 1/1 Herd print stations and a "shoe-lery" (shoe jewelry) station to keep everyone’s gear unique.
- Curation: Race-day fades provided by Braze Barber Lounge.
- Recovery: A post-run reset powered by Adapt Recharge.
- Fuel: Keeping the energy high with Nativo Acai, Adrian's Burritos, and Kujo's Coffee.
- Art: An incredible custom mural by abstrk served as the backdrop for the day.
The Momentum
We took that Saturday energy and bottled it for the marathon. Our cheer zone at Mile 11 on the Venetian was the ultimate spot for the family to gather—all flying, all cheering, all Miami.
